This training will provide you with: An awareness of your energy centers - what fuels them, what drains them and how to manage them to overcome adversities and stress, to improve relationships and to accomplish your goals An awareness of behavior and thought patterns that are working for you and against you in your daily life as well as tools to easily shift them as needed Tools to identify road blocks on a subconscious level so that you can balance them and easily flow through life Key skills to maintaining focus, relaxing the nervous system and reducing stress levels Information on the energy system of the body and how to quickly and easily balance, repair and align yourself in any situation An awareness of the energy around you and within you as well as the ability to recognize how it affects your thoughts, moods, and actions Skills to raise your vibration, expand your energy system and connect to your highest divine self Skills to accessing any energy you need in this life to support your highest goals and desires With a little practice, a lot of awareness, and a quick pause, you will gain the tools to accomplish all this as automatically as taking a single breath!

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable and non transferrable. We understand emergencies do happen, under some circumstances, this policy may be waived once per lifetime per client. We understand some clients require more flexibility, we have options for that as well. We offer same day wait lists available if pre scheduling does not work well for your lifestyle. Please call our office and request a "possible appointment" for the day you hope to come in, we will contact you the day before and inform you if there is time available. If you choose to reserve this time it is now considered an actual appointment and the regular cancellation policy applies.
