In this training you will receive:

​​

• An awareness of your energy centers - what fuels them, what drains them and how to manage them to overcome adversities and stress, to improve relationships and to accomplish your goals

• Begin seeing yourself as an energetic being - flowing through life as currents of energy do - easily shifting and into whatever flow you need in the moment - 

• An awareness of  expectations, behavior patterns, and thought patterns that are working against you in your daily life and tools to easily shift them

• Tools to identify and shift road blocks that are perpetuated on a subconscious level so that you can balance them and more  easily flow through life

• Key skills to maintaining focus, relaxing the nervous system and reducing stress levels

• Information on the energy system of the body and how to quickly and easily balance, repair and align yourself in any situation

• An awareness of the energy around you and within you and the ability to recognize how it affects your thoughts, moods, and actions

• Skills to raise your vibration, expand your energy system and connect to your highest divine self

With a little practice, a lot of awareness, and a quick pause this training will bring you the ability to achieve all these things as automatically as you breathe!!  Add to your journey by inviting a friend to join you and support each other along the way!!

 

Classes are an hour and a half to 2 hours long depending on the content for the week.

 

This 8 week session includes access to self clearing meditations to be used at home or on the go as well as 4 deep clearings and  repair of your energy system

Part I Reiki Master Training

​

• An introduction to symbols and symbolism in Energy Medicine​

• An introduction to and guidance in accessing the energy behind the Reiki Master Symbol

• Meditations for connecting to your guides

• An opportunity to discuss your current Reiki practices & expand on your offerings

• Reiki Master Attunement

• An opportunity to give and receive practice sessions utilizing the Master symbol and the symbols we've used thus far
