Unlocking your Inner Peace through Moonsuite Sound Therapy & Breathwork!!

In our fast-paced world, anxiety is a frequent companion for many. Daily responsibilities, social pressures, and the constant buzz of digital life can make finding moments of peace feel nearly impossible. However, techniques like energy balancing music and breathwork have proven effective in restoring calm and grounding you into the present moment.


This blog post highlights two powerful practices: the Self Clearing and Energy Balancing class RYSE and the transformative effects of breathwork in alleviating anxiety. Together, they offer a pathway to inner peace and a restored sense of well-being.

In todays day of information technology, it is no secret that there are many ways to balance your energy and bring your mind to state of no-thing. Even with everything out that is out there, releasing the noise of everyday living and bringing yourself to a place of peace sounds simpler than it is. Today I am writing this blog to share a few easy things that I do to access my sublime energy. One easy thing is listening to the RYSE Moonsuite Music. This music was carefully created by Kris Stecker & Nancy Risley founder of the RYSE program, to enhance powerful balancing of the energy systems and to create a serene atmosphere for relaxation and growth. This moonsuite music has been played throughout the Polarity Realization Institute and Spa Tech Institute respectively since 1980. I am thrilled to also bring this music to the Let It Flow community by playing it at the center, during sessions, during sound bowl events, and during RYSE training. The music holds a very high frequency and can be played to clear personal energy and the energy of a space - it's a vibe!! You can use it as a "set it and forget it" kinda thing, or take the practice deeper by participating in our RYSE training sessions.


Ok, so what is RYSE? RYSE stands for Realizing Your Sublime Energy. What does that mean? RYSE is a state of the art energy system clearing and education training the was created in 1980 by Nancy Risley. Her mission was to bring a system to others that helped them realize their energy and realize that their energy has the ability to be sublime, to be inspired, to be excellent. Gone are the days of getting through each day - she wanted us to know that we could excell with the knowledge of what rules our thoughts, our life choices, and our overall sense of being.


At Let It Fow we are proud to offer RYSE training. Owner Michelle Goodwine leads the Self Clearing and Energy Balancing class that was specially designed to help participants shed emotional blockages and regain harmony through easy to use clearing techniques and WAV frequency music that aligns you with your highest frequency - you know the feeling of things "going your way" with ease, of being unstoppable, that feeling where all is well and right, your mind feels centered, and your soul feels at ease!! It's attainable and the after the training and a little practice, you'll have the ability to bring yourself to this state simply by playing this music, or taking a cleansing breath!


The energy balancing process employs techniques that promote energetic alignment and emotional release. For instance, many participants have shared experiences of feeling lighter and more centered after just one session. By combining soothing music with energy work, individuals often report a noticeable shift in their energy flow.


In fact, a survey of past participants showcased that each one felt a significant reduction in stress levels shortly after attending the class. The harmonious effect of music creates a safe and inviting space for healing and self-discovery.


This practice does not merely provide a momentary escape from anxiety; it empowers participants by encouraging active involvement in their healing journey. The energy balancing music resonates deeply, guiding listeners toward greater serenity and emotional balance.

When listening to this music during a mediation, I find it most effective to keep the speaker near the top of my head and allowing the sound and vibrations to travel down my body. Enjoy!!

Releasing Anxiety with Breathwork


Another way to release stuck energy and move past intrusive thoughts and behavior patterns is practicing breathwork. The benefits of breathwork span beyond the mind and emotions, by using conscious breathing techniques, we can tap into our body's natural ability to enhance lymphatic flow, release trapped energy, and center our thoughts.


The Benefits of Breathwork


  1. Releases Excess Energy:

    Anxiety can manifest as excess energy in the body, resulting in feelings of restlessness and tension. Breathwork helps channel this energy, allowing you to let go of anxious feelings. For example, many practitioners report that simply focusing on their breath alleviates feelings of stress within minutes.


  2. Pumps the Lymphatic System:

    The lymphatic system is crucial for eliminating toxins. Breathwork stimulates this system through deep, rhythmic breathing, improving lymphatic circulation and supporting detoxification. Regular breathwork practice can enhance lymph flow aiding both physical and mental wellness.


  3. Centers the Mind and Calms the Nervous System:

    Breathwork calms the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic response. Mindful breathing creates a sense of grounding and presence. This practice not only stills the mind but also reconnects you with your body, providing solace amid chaos.



Here are a few of my favorite ways to use breathwork:


Dynamic Breathwork:

Dynamic Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice that harnesses the natural rhythm of breathing to promote healing, self-awareness, and emotional release. This technique is rooted in the understanding that breath is not just a physiological process but also a vital tool for accessing deeper states of consciousness and well-being. Ben Holt offers a fabulous 21 minute dynamic breathwork activity on his YouTube channel linked below. This activity is also available during an online guided meditation and reiki session or at the center with our Vibro-Acustic Sound Therapy Lounge. Using it with the lounge creates an immersive full body experience as the lounge vibrates with the frequency of the music. Using it in combination with Reiki during an online meditation session helps to release blockages and adds the Reiki healing frequency to support your body while it explores and expands the breath.


Dynamic breathwork benefits participants by putting them in tune with different aspects of breath through shortenened puffs which create a solid connection to the diaphram, as well as holding the breath on both the inhale and exhale which stretches the capacity for breathing and breath and brings in intentionality and mindfulness.


Whether you are practicing your breath here at the center or adding it to your routine at home, it's important to find one that works for you. It can be challenging at first but I invite you to rise to the challenge of connecting to your breath and expanding your practice!

Box Breathing:

Box breathing is another powerful technique that’s simple enough to practice anywhere, anytime. It establishes a calming rhythm for your mind and body, making it an effective tool for reducing anxiety. Here’s how to do it:


  1. Inhale: Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four (1...2...3...4).

  2. Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four (1...2...3...4).

  3. Exhale: Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four (1...2...3...4).

  4. Hold: Hold your breath again after the exhale and before you inhale for another count of four (1...2...3...4).


Repeat this cycle for several minutes while focusing solely on your breathing. Visualizing a box as you breathe can enhance the practice, providing a visual anchor to help center and calm you.


Integrating box breathing into your daily routine can significantly lower anxiety levels. Whether you're gearing up for a challenging meeting or just need a moment of calm, this technique can help you regain your balance.
