Your custom session includes any combination of massage modalities that range based on your individual needs! **To complete the experience you'll follow up with a Deluxe Infrared Sauna - Choose between any one of our fabulous infrared sauna programs calibrated for detoxification, muscle recovery, pain relief, relaxation, or cardio vascular health. All sauna programs run between 30 and 45 minutes.
