The Group Reiki I or Reiki II Training is a meaningful way to begin or deepen your Reiki journey alongside friends, family, colleagues, or a small group with shared intentions. Learning Reiki in a group setting creates a supportive, connected experience where participants can explore energy awareness, healing principles, and hands-on practice together in a calm and welcoming environment. What’s Included Depending on the level chosen (Reiki I or Reiki II), this training may include: An introduction to Reiki principles and energy awareness Instruction on hand positions and self-healing techniques Guided practice sessions Attunements appropriate to Reiki level Time for questions, discussion, and integration Each training is facilitated with care and adapted to the experience level and needs of the group.
