Unlike traditional infrared saunas, the MPulse Sauna uses a combination of near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths, with programs developed from clinical research to support specific wellness goals such as detoxification, pain relief, relaxation, cardiovascular support, and skin health. All sauna sessions are private, reserved exclusively for you and your guests (up to 4 total), allowing you to relax fully in a calm, comfortable environment. During your session, you can choose from a selection of sauna programs, with intensity and duration adjusted to your individual needs. Customized Sauna Programs: Detox – Supports cellular detoxification and circulation Pain Relief – Helps reduce inflammation, muscle tension, and joint discomfort Anti-Aging – Supports skin health and circulation Relaxation – Calms the nervous system and promotes stress relief Cardio – A higher-intensity option designed to support cardiovascular conditioning Each program varies in temperature, infrared wavelength, and session length to deliver targeted benefits safely and effectively. What to Expect Your private session takes place in one of our spacious, state-of-the-art infrared saunas. You’ll be guided in selecting the program that best supports your wellness goals for that day.
