Let It Flow offers a variety of massage modalities geared towards rejuvenating the body, mind and spirit and relieving pain and stress. After a quick consultation you and your therapist will create a custom session based on your individual needs. Not sure how long you need? Here's some help typically: A 60 minute session is good for either a few concentrated areas or for a full body relaxation massage without any specific focal points. A 75 minute session is great for either several concentrated areas or for a full body massage with a single concentrated area. & 90 minute or 2 hour sessions are perfect for full body concentration - the ultimate in relaxation and pain relief!
