In this class you will receive:

• An introduction to Reiki including it's origination and the 5 Reiki principles
• An introduction to chakras and the bodies energy system
• An introduction to and exploration of energy practices including balancing energy with Reiki
• You will receive an energy clearing and an attunement to open the Reiki channel within you
• You will have time to practice giving and receiving Reiki 
• Practice resources
• Reiki I Certification
