In this class you will receive:
An introduction to Reiki including it's origination and the 5 Reiki principles
An introduction to chakras and the bodies energy system
An introduction to and exploration of energy practices including balancing energy with Reiki
You will receive an energy clearing and an attunement to open the Reiki channel within you
You will have time to practice giving and receiving Reiki
